What is GrowHub?

GrowHub is a service that automatically delivers data insights and KPI reports to Slack. Connect your BigQuery data, write SQL queries, and receive automated notifications with charts and AI-generated insights directly in your Slack channels.

Which data sources does GrowHub support?

Currently, GrowHub supports Google BigQuery as the primary data source. We plan to add support for other databases and data warehouses in the future.

How do I set up BigQuery integration?

Setting up BigQuery is simple: (1) Create a service account in your Google Cloud project, (2) Grant the necessary permissions to read your BigQuery datasets, (3) Upload the service account credentials in GrowHub console, and (4) Start creating queries and visualizations.

Can I customize the notification frequency?

Yes! You can set custom schedules for each notification. Choose from daily, weekly, monthly, or custom intervals. The frequency limits depend on your plan.

What's included in the free plan?

The free plan includes 1 notification slot, 1 BigQuery connection, and weekly notifications. It's perfect for trying out GrowHub with your team before upgrading to a paid plan.

How does AI-generated insights work?

GrowHub uses advanced AI models (like GPT-4 or Claude) to analyze your data and generate natural language insights. You can customize the AI prompts to match your team's needs and preferred language.

Is my data secure?

Absolutely. All communication is encrypted with SSL/TLS. We store query results temporarily for visualization purposes only and never share your data with third parties. Your BigQuery credentials are encrypted and stored securely.

Can I cancel my subscription anytime?

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. There are no long-term contracts. If you choose an annual plan, you'll receive a 20% discount.

What chart types are supported?

GrowHub supports bar charts, line charts, pie charts, and stacked charts. We're continuously adding more visualization types based on user feedback.
